1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all digital marketing, AI automation, and subscription-based services purchased directly from https://llldigiconnect.com or through official payment links provided by LLL DigiConnect LLC.

2. General Refund Terms

All payments made for digital marketing or automation services are considered final once work has commenced or campaign access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds for partially completed campaign periods, marketing deliverables, or subscription cycles already billed.
Setup fees, creative design, or consultation charges are non-refundable once deliverables or strategy planning sessions have begun.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Clients may cancel their recurring subscription at any time by contacting us at support@llldigiconnect.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to active services until the end of the current billing period (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment, please notify us within 7 business days of the transaction. After verification, a refund will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, LLL DigiConnect LLC may issue partial or full refunds at its discretion if:

The project or service has not yet commenced.
The payment was made due to a technical error or system glitch.
The service purchased is discontinued or unavailable.

6. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times typically range between 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Customized marketing strategies and campaign setup fees.
Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
Creative, AI content, and automation workflow development work already delivered.
Training, consultation, or digital product downloads.
